The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 28.11.2018 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-9069-2017.

The Division Bench of this Court had issued the following directions in CWP-9069-2017, vide its order dated 28.11.2018:- "Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. The impugned order is set aside. Respondents No.1 and 2 are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion alongwith all consequential benefits from the date when Rajiv Kaushas was promoted within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order."

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that order dated 28.11.2018 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-9069-2017 has now been complied with.

In view of the above, since order dated 28.11.2018 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-9069-2017, has already been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged.
