(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though notice of motion has been issued in the present writ petition, but the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage in case the representation dated 26.04.2019 (Annexure P-4), which has been filed qua the relief being claimed in the present writ petition, is decided by the respondents in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order. Learned counsel for the respondents-State submits that she has the instructions that representation dated 26.04.2019 (P-4) is pending consideration and the same will be decided within a period of four weeks from today.
