MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to raise all pleas during the course of trial.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 3.

At this stage, a prayer has been made by the learned counsel for ordering the exemption from personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court.

A perusal of the petition reveals that no such specific prayer has been made therein. Hence, this Court would not be inclined to accept the prayer of the counsel for her exemption from personal appearance during the course of trial.

Learned counsel submits that he would move an appropriate application before the trial Court concerned seeking exemption from personal appearance of the petitioner, and directions be issued to the trial Court to decide it expeditiously.
