This is second petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.470 dated 08.09.2017 (Annexure P/1), registered for offences punishable under Section 67 of I.T. Act, 2000 at Police Station Kotwali Faridabad, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise/memorandum of understanding (Annexure P-2). In the earlier petition seeking quashing of above referred FIR, it was observed that the offence reported in the FIR is against the public for which the complainant is not competent to enter into compromise. Learned counsel for the petitioners had withdrawn that petition. He has now again filed the petition seeking the quashing of the FIR with similar plea. In view of the observations in the earlier order dated 20.07.2018, I find no reason to entertain this petition. Dismissed.
