(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of directions to transfer the investigation of FIR No. 0353 dated 05.09.2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471,506, 120-B IPC at Police Station Faridabad Old and to constitute a Special Investigating Team.

It is submitted in the reply dated 03.05.2017 filed by way of affidavit of Hanif Qureshi, Commissioner of Police, Faridabad that Special Investigating Team has already been constituted and the matter is under investigation.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Anoop Singh, submits that the investigation will be completed within a period of 03 months.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous. However, it will be open for the petitioner to approach the Court, if the investigation is not completed within a period of 03 months.
