(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in NCB Crime No.04 dated 19.01.2026 registered under Sections 8, 20, 23, 27-A & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at NCB, Amritsar Zonal Unit, Amritsar. 2.

Reply dated 06.05.2026 has been filed by Abhishek Kumar, Sub-Inspector, Amritsar on behalf of respondent/NCB-UOI today in the Court. The same is taken on record.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.
