This is the fourth petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for enlargement of petitioner on regular bail in case FIR No.92, dated 03.06.2014, under Sections 21/22/25-25-A/27/29/61/85 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and 26/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Pasiana, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the proceedings and in such event the petitioner does not want to press this petition.
