H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the revisionists states that the respondent has undergone imprisonment for non-payment of arrears of maintenance. He has placed on file copy of order dated 22.8.2017, passed by District Judge, Family Court, Sonepat in that regard. He states that the petition has become infructuous and it be disposed of accordingly.
