Bank Ltd, Uchana Branch, has been handed over to counsel for the petitioner. Photocopy of the cheque is placed on record. Counsel for the parties state that the petition can be disposed of on the basis of compromise.

The petition is disposed of as the matter has been compromised, giving the liberty to revive again in case the cheque handed over is not encashed.
