RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to the trial Court to complete/conclude the proceedings of petition filed by the petitioner under Section 125 Cr.P.C. titled as 'Shaweta vs Sandeep Anand @ Goru' in case MNT No.992 of 2019, pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Amritsar, expeditiously and in a time bound manner.

In view of the above and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to decide the above-mentioned case expeditiously and preferably within three months from today.
