(Oral) At this stage, counsel making appearance on behalf of respondent, gives an undertaking, as per instructions of the respondent that the petition under Section 27 of the Hindu Marriage Act, filed at the instance of the respondent, pending in the Family Court, Bhiwani, shall be withdrawn on the next date of hearing i.e. 27.01.2026.

In view of the aforesaid, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present application, which may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.

However, the respondent shall remain bound by the undertaking, given by her counsel.
