*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) As per the office report, notice issued to the respondent has been received back served. However, he remains unrepresented. This is an application filed by the wife with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of case bearing No.HMA/152/2021 (Jasnoor Singh vs. Amandeep Kaur) pending in the Family Court, Gurdaspur (Camp Court, Batala), to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Tarn Taran. The petitioner alleges that she along with her two minor daughters is staying at Tarn Taran and the respondent is already defending proceedings in a complaint filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. at Tarn Taran. She further claims that she does not have any independent source of income. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the petition is allowed. The proceedings of case bearing No.HMA/152/2021 (Jasnoor Singh vs. Amandeep Kaur) pending in the Family Court, Gurdaspur (Camp Court, Batala), are ordered to be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Tarn Taran.
