Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned orders dated 25.05.2017 (P-24) as well as 18.11.2013 (P-11), whereby claim of the petitioner for reinstatement has been declined.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the averments in additional affidavit dated 17.08.2021 of Varinderpal Singh, District Education Officer (Elementary Education), Moga, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and as such, the petition has been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
