(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire prosecution evidence stands recorded and that infact statement of the accused in terms of Section 313 Cr.P.C. has also been recorded but somehow the trial is not being concluded and infact his application for getting ossification test of the prosecutrix conducted is also pending and is presently fixed for 15.9.2020 before the Trial Court.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that other than the aforesaid evidence, which is sought to be led by the petitioner, he does not intend to lead any other evidence.

( 2 ) CRM-M-25359-2020 (O&M) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground for grant of bail as the trial is virtually at its fag end. The petition, as such, is dismissed.
