The petitioner through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking direction to official respondents to conduct investigation of FIR No. 114 dated 26.04.2020, under Sections 376(D), and 506 of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 (later on challan was presented under Sections 354A and 506 IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act), registered at Police Station Pinangwa, District Nuh, in a fair and unbiased manner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, at the outset, submits that challan stands presented, charges stand framed and five out of 10 prosecution witnesses have already examined, thus, the present petition has rendered infructuous.
