**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) State counsel informs that the petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been convicted.
Counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that this fact had been brought to the notice of the Court on the last date of hearing and counsel for the petitioner had sought time to verify the fact. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has the right to argue on the juvenility.
The petitioner can raise the issue before the Appellate Court. The petition is dismissed as infructuous.
