This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.3 in FIR No.192, dated 11.09.2019, registered under Section 420 IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, at Police Station Civil Lines, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur. While granting pre-arrest bail on 27.10.2020, it was recorded that the parties have settled their matter.

In this application, the petitioner alleges that respondent No.3 has not complied with the settlement deed. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that as per the settlement, the amount shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of one week by way of a demand draft in his favour.

CRM-M-30377-2021 (O&M) with a direction to respondent No.3 to pay the amount as per the settlement deed before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur on 22.09.2021 at 10.00 am. If respondent No.3 does not deposit the settled amount, the protection granted to him vide order dated 27.10.2020 shall be deemed to be vacated.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
