Dhaliwal, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Rajiv Verma, DAG, Punjab --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner by providing adequate protection to the petitioner and also directing the respondents No.4 to 6 not to interfere in the personal lives and liberty of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 9.1.2023 (Annexure P-1), within a time bound manner.
