(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 125 dated 23.08.2016, registered at Police Station Saha, District Ambala, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 324/307/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that the complainant and his father in their cross examination have turned hostile and this fact has been admitted by learned State counsel, as per information given to her by ASI Parmod, who is present in the Court. Learned State counsel on instructions has further informed the Court that that out of 11 prosecution witnesses, 04 have been examined. Heard.
