1. To be referred to the Reporter or not ?

2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the State submits that the statutory period was to expire on 15.4.2015, but on 14.4.2015, application for extension was moved, which was duly allowed by the learned trial court granting one month more time. Thereafter, report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. was presented to the learned court of competent jurisdiction on 21.4.2015. He further submits that in this view of the matter no indefeasible right of bail under Section 167 (2) Cr.P.C would accrue in favour of the petitioner.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that let the present petition be disposed of, as not pressed. Disposed of, accordingly.
