Petitioner has sought a direction to respondents to release him prematurely in terms of Govt. Instructions dated 08.07.1991 (Annexure P1).

Learned State counsel submits that case of the petitioner shall be forwarded to the concerned authority for consideration afresh.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of. Decision be taken expeditiously in any case not later than one month.
