    is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the applications dated 01.08.2025 filed by him for (i) addition of a weapon (Pump Action Gun) to Arms Licence No. CP/DUP/D2/1010/022 (Annexure P-1), and (ii) extension of the said Arms Licence to all-India validity (Annexure P-2). 2.
