(Oral) Challenge in the present petition was to the order dated 19.02.2020 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka, whereby the application filed by the petitioner for summoning the accused under Section 319 Cr.P.C. had been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the parties do not dispute that the main accused already stands acquitted by the Trial Court vide judgment dated 27.02.2026 passed in SC/114/2017.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
