(Oral) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.149 dated 14.02.2017, under Sections 498-A/406/323/420/120-B IPC, registered at Police Station, City Hisar, Haryana.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, have informed that in compliance with the order dated 28.02.2017 passed by this Court, the petitioners had joined the investigation on 25.03.2017 and they are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

Further, the son of the petitioners had already been granted bail by this Court on 05.04.2017 vide CRM-M-7368-2017. In view of the said fact, interim order dated 28.02.2017 passed GAURAV ARORA 2017.05.02 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Crl. Misc. No. M-6602 of 2017 by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions, as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
