**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.327 dated 16.07.2020 registered under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 379-B, 452, 506 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, at Police Station, Sadar District Sonipat.
Notice of motion was issued on 31.08.2020 after recording some incriminating facts and interim anticipatory bail was also granted to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was a family dispute between brothers over division of ancestral land. As per the MLR, no external injury was found on the person of the complainant, except complaint of pain. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 31.08.2020, petitioner has joined AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2021.09.16 18:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRM-M-25197-2020 the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
Vide order dated 18.03.2021, one more indulgence was granted to the petitioner to co-operate with the investigating agency.
Now, learned State counsel on instructions from SI Dharambir submits that petitioner has fully co-operated with the investigating agency. The petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case.
In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 31.08.2020 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Petition stands disposed of.
