Learned counsel for the petitioner however, requested for an adjournment to seek clarification in respect of the pending cases.

CRM-26100-2020 in/and CRM-M-25333-2020 (O&M) The instant application has been filed today seeking permission to withdraw the main case as there were some chances of compromise. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner has however, stated that the parties have today in fact entered into a compromise and that as such he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the trial Court in view of the changed circumstances. In view of the aforesaid submission, the main case which is fixed for 23.2.2021 is preponed and is taken on Board today. CRM-M-25333-2020 (O&M) In view of the specific request for withdrawal of the main case, the main case i.e. CRM-M-25333-2020 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
