(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 70 dated 03.08.2016, registered at Police Station City Fazilka, Distt. Fazilka, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 363/366A/376/120-B IPC and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act. The only role attributed to the present petitioner that he had helped the main accused i.e Sahil Kumar to entice the daughter of the complainant. However, Sahil Kumar was having love affair with the daughter of the complainant. Further prosecutrix in her statement has categorically stated that she has love affair with Sahil and she went with Sahil with her own free will and consent.
