**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.326 dated 16.07.2020 registered under Sections 452, 506, 509 read with Section 34 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar Sonipat, District Sonipat.

Notice of motion was issued on 31.08.2020 and following order was passed by the Co-ordinate Bench:- "

$  6 < Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 31.08.2020, petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

Vide order dated 18.03.2021, one more indulgence was granted to the petitioner to co-operate with the investigating agency.

Now, learned State counsel on instructions from SI Dharambir submits that petitioner has fully co-operated with the

investigating agency. The petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case.

In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 31.08.2020 is made absolute. Petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
