AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) By virtue of filing instant petition under Section 528 of BNSS, petitioner has sought for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to take over investigation of FIR No.22 dated 27.02.2025 under Sections 109,126(2),132,221,303(2),190,191(3) of BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act registered at P.S City Batala, Police District Batala, District Amritsar and transfer the investigation to some independent investigating agency outside Police District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
