Present revision petition has been preferred against the order whereby petitioner has been summoned by the trial court in exercise of power under section 319 Cr.P.C. As the stay order stood vacated in between, the trial made some headway. Admittedly, by now all prosecution witnesses except one have been examined. A query has been put to Mr. Ghai whether interests of justice would be duly served if petitioner is allowed to raise all the pleas including certain issues in the realm of Evidence Act, before the trial court at the stage of final arguments. He submits that it would be appropriate if this liberty is granted.

In view of above, present revision petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as above.
