(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.1030 dated 31.10.2017, under Sections 34, 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 379-B, 506 and 120-B IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 (Section 120-B, 148, 149 and 379-B of IPC were deleted later on), registered at Police Station Chandni Bagh, District Panipat.

It is not disputed that similarly situated co-accused have since been granted bail and in fact, learned counsel for the complainant has also appeared and stated that he has the instructions to state that they have no objection, if the petitioner is granted bail.
