******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel has placed on file custody certificates of petitioners, which show that all the petitioners except Ramesh Kumar son of Mange Ram, Megha Singh son of Labh Singh and Ramesh Kumar son of Nonu Ram have since been released after completion of their sentence and the instant petition on their behalf, as such, has become infructuous and may be disposed of accordingly.

Learned State counsel further submits that some Government remissions have been allowed to convicts, who have been released on completion of their sentence. The petitioners, who have been released, were also given the benefit of Government remissions, which are special remissions allowed by the Governor of Haryana. He submits that remissions allowed by the Government of Haryana have been taken into account and find mentioned in custody certificates. Petitioners have not sought any other relief, as such, this petition may be disposed of accordingly.

CRWP No. 1092 of 2013 -2Learned counsel for petitioners has endorsed the submission of learned State counsel and submits that petitioners are not seeking any other relief except granting them benefit of Government remissions, which may be counted towards their period of sentence.

Perusal of custody certificates of some of the petitioners show that Government remissions allowed to them have been counted towards their total sentence. Learned State counsel submits that similar calculation will be made in cases of petitioners, namely, Ramesh Kumar son of Mange Ram, Megha Singh son of Labh Singh and Ramesh Kumar son of Nonu Ram.
