(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to the respondents for conducting a fair, transparent and impartial investigation in case FIR No.456 dated 14./08.2018 under Sections 285/34/427/506 IPC and Section 25 of the Indian Arms Act, 1959 registered with Police Station Mohindergarh, District Mohindergarh through some senior police officer not below the rank of Superintendent of Police or through some independent investigating agency. The learned State counsel submits that an untraced report has been prepared in this case, which shall be submitted before the appropriate Court within a period of six weeks from today. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Disposed of.
