Learned counsel for the respondent states that the present revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 30.03.2019 whereby the application under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC for setting aside the ex parte judgment and decree dated 01.07.2015 was allowed. Learned counsel for the respondent has further stated that in the interregnum the main suit itself stands decreed vide judgment and decree dated 07.12.2021 and appeal preferred by the defendant-respondent herein is pending. 2.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
