(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.291 dated 27.05.2022 registered under Sections 21(b), 27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City, District Fatehabad.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that in pursuance of order dated 05.07.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more longer required for further investigation.

In view of above, order dated 05.07.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
