(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant would contend that the issue in the present case was regarding the Driving Licence of the driver of the offending vehicle. Before the Executing Court, a statement was made by the official of the Insurance Company that the Driving Licence of Jagir Singh, which was relied upon during the proceedings of the case, had been got verified and the same was found to be genuine. Accordingly, the suit for recovery titled as "National Insurance Company Ltd. Vs. PRTC" was also withdrawn. In view thereof, learned counsel for the appellant states that nothing would survive in the present appeal.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
