PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus/ certiorari directing the respondents to consider and include all the categories of disabled employees in the circular dated 16.02.1996 (Annexure P-3) and 17.01.2001 (Annexure P-4). Heard.
It is not disputed that controversy raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the ratio of judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.1719 of 2011 titled State of Punjab and others v. Bhupinder Singh decided on 25.09.2012. It has also been pointed out that decision of the Division Bench has also been RAVINDER SINGH 2015.01.16 15:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
