The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0315, dated 06.07.2022, registered under Sections 120-B, 384, 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC at Police Station Sector 5, Panchkula, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.
