(Oral) Learned counsel for petitioner states that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the present petition filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. for transfer of trial in case FIR No.0171 dated 29.11.2021 under Sections 376 & 506 of IPC registered at P.S.Women West Gurugram, District Gurugram pending in the trial court at Gurugram and accordingly he withdraws the same.

In view of the aforesaid statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
