SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 praying for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the representations dated 24.08.2024 and 07.04.2025 of the petitioner and take appropriate legal action against private respondents for committing the offence apart from protecting the life and liberty of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to look into the representations dated 24.08.2024 and 07.04.2025 and decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of four weeks from today.

Without adverting to the merits of the case and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.3-Sr. Superintendent of Police, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar is directed to look into the representations dated 24.08.2024 (Annexure P.8) and 07.04.2025 (Annexure P.11) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. The order so passed in the said complaint shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter.
