***** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of FIR No.0001 dated 02.01.2023 registered under Section 323, 377, 406, 498-A, 506 of IPC registered at Women Police Station Ambala, District Ambala.

Mr.Vipul Sherwal, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1- State.
In the present case, petitioners challenges the FIR registered against them alongwith his son who is the husband of the complainant. The charge sheet has already been filed arraying them as accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no case is apparently made out against the petitioners who are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the complainant, more so, they were residing separately.

CRM-M-26465 OF 2023 -22023:PHHC:076033 been filed, the petitioners would have ample opportunity to raise all the objections before the concerned Court at the time of taking cognizance of the offence and further at the time of framing of charges. Accordingly, granting liberty to the petitioner to take up all the arguments with the concerned Court, the present petition is dismissed.
