This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 92 dated 28.01.2017 under sections 420 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Gurugram, district Gurugram. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been a compromise between the parties during the pendency of this petition. This contention is not controverted by counsel appearing for the complainant.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 01.03.2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 01.03.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
