This is a revision petition impugning the order passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Gurgaon whereby application moved by petitioner under section 311 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed. Order has been assailed on the ground that trial court did not appreciate the controversy in correct prospective. Provisions of section 311 Cr.P.C. being very liberal, application ought to have been allowed.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. I find no infirmity with the order passed by court below. The document in question is already on record as Ex. PA. Petitioner moved application under section 311 Cr.P.C. to recall witnesses which were not cited. On the other hand, one Lokesh appeared as PW1 and deposed regarding the document in question (Ex. PA). There is, thus, no ground to interfere in the impugned order. Dismissed.
