However, the learned trial Court concerned, is directed to, within four months hereafter, make a decision, in accordance with law, upon the trial, as, arises from FIR No. 193 of 11.09.2020 (Annexure P-1), which was registered at Police Station Canal Colony, Bathinda, District Bathinda, constituting therein an offence under Section 22 (C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
