Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all his pleas before the trial court at an appropriate stage. He further submits that personal appearance of the petitioner be exempted during the pendency of trial.
Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case, any application is moved by the petitioner for exemption from personal appearance, same shall be considered in accordance with law.
