CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL Present:- Mr. Parvez Chugh, Advocate for the petitioners.
AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Short point involved in the present petition is as to whether the petitioner-judgment debtors in a suit for recovery of Rs.7,74,000/- decreed on 01.11.2011, can be permitted to file the objections without any defence or under Order 9 Rule 13 of Code of Civil Procedure with interim stay, the answer would be 'No'. This is what has been sought in the present case. In view of the aforementioned observations, the impugned order cannot be said to be suffering from illegality and perversity. No ground is made out for interference.
