The alleged detenues, whose names have been mentioned in Para No.4 of the petition, are stated to be working in a Brick Kiln for loading kacha bricks which Brick Kiln is situated in the area of Village KuwahiSahab, Police Station Sangrur, Tehsil and District Sangrur, Punjab. The District Magistrate of the District is the competent authority as per Chapter-IV of the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976 to deal with such like matters. The petitioner, therefore, is relegated to avail the remedy before the District Magistrate concerned.
