-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) The State counsel on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Pal apprised the Court that the petitioner has failed to comply with the order of interim bail whereby the petitioner was directed to join investigation with the police.

Today the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner pleaded no instructions on behalf of his client to appear in the present petition. In view of the fact that the petitioner failed to comply with the order passed by this Court, the present petition is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order stands vacated.
