# In the present petition(s), the challenge is to the order dated 19.04.2024 (Annnexure P-5) as well as to the order dated 25.04.2024 (Annexure P-6) by which, the recovery has been ordered from the salary of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that without issuing any notice or appreciating the actual facts with regard to the grant of benefit, which is sought to be withdrawn, the impugned order has been passed.
