**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to consider the statement of the complainant (Annexure P-2) in case FIR No. 0191 dated 28.7.2019 under Sections 323, 354, 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Israna, District Panipat and to hand over the investigation of the case to some independent agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner figured in present FIR on the statement of complainant Kajal. He further submits that complainant moved an application dated 23.8.2019 to the SHO, P.S. Israna to the effect that a compromise has been effected between the parties and no bad blood remained but even then the local police is harassing the petitioner.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the petitioner has been specifically named in the FIR, no case for issuance of direction is made out.
